Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver across all Lebanon. Select your governorate and area or city during checkout, or choose Other if your town is not listed.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free in Fanar, Jdeideh, Ain Saadeh, and Sabtieh. Selected nearby Mount Lebanon areas use our $4 local delivery tier, and all other supported delivery areas across Lebanon are $5. Orders over $70 still qualify for free delivery. Checkout always shows the final fee before you place the order.
How can I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, choose delivery or pickup, then complete checkout with your contact and address details. For delivery, select your governorate and area or city before confirming the order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on order readiness, product availability, and the selected area. We prepare orders as quickly as possible and contact you if timing or address details need confirmation.
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you can check its latest status from My Orders. Our team updates the order status as it is reviewed, prepared, and delivered.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, Pet3a2id will contact you before completing the order. When possible, we can help suggest a similar product or adjust the order before delivery is arranged.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes. You can book grooming through the grooming page by selecting your pet size, service, and preferred appointment time. The form shows the estimated price based on the selected service and size.
