Pet3a2id keeps delivery simple and transparent, so you can order pet essentials with clear area coverage, a simple delivery structure, and support from our team when you need it.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is currently available in Beirut and Matn only. At checkout, you will choose your region first, then select your supported area from the list. This keeps delivery details accurate and helps us prepare each order with the right address information from the start.
Delivery Fee
Standard delivery fee is $3 for supported areas. Free delivery is available for nearby Matn areas including Fanar, Jdeideh, Ain Saadeh, and Beit Mery. The final delivery fee is shown clearly in checkout before you place the order, so your total is easy to review before confirming.
Order Preparation
Once an order is placed, our team reviews the selected items, checks availability, and prepares everything as quickly as possible. If an item needs confirmation or becomes unavailable, we will contact you before completing the order. After placing an order, customers can also check the latest status from My Orders while our team updates it through each step of the process.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timing depends on order readiness, daily route planning, and the selected area. We aim to deliver promptly within our supported zones, and we will contact you if timing or address details need confirmation. Order status is updated by our team as the order is reviewed, prepared, and moved toward delivery, so My Orders remains the best place to follow the latest progress.
