Pet3a2id makes shopping convenient for pet owners by preparing orders carefully and keeping customers informed about availability, delivery timing, and any important updates related to dispatch.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is available throughout Lebanon. While Pet3a2id is based in Fanar, customers across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, and the Bekaa can place orders for home delivery subject to stock availability and courier coverage. Certain oversized or fragile items may require an additional confirmation step before dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually reviewed, confirmed, and prepared within the same business day or the next business day. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or whenever an order includes items that need additional stock confirmation. If part of an order becomes unavailable, our team will contact the customer before completing the shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timing is shared once the order is confirmed. In many areas, delivery may arrive within one to three business days, while some destinations outside major urban areas may take slightly longer depending on route schedules. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible so pets do not wait longer than necessary for their essentials.
Possible Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by heavy traffic, severe weather, public holidays, route congestion, or sudden stock issues. If a delay affects an already confirmed order, Pet3a2id will do its best to update the customer promptly and provide a revised delivery estimate whenever possible.
Delivery Fees and Confirmation
Delivery fees may vary depending on destination, package size, and the type of products included in the order. Any applicable delivery charge is communicated during order confirmation so customers understand the full total before final dispatch.
